Isobel Gatherer

Admin and Secretarial Services for Small Businesses in Hampshire, West Sussex & DorsetIsobel is a qualified Personal Assistant, Secretary, Administrator, Office Manager and Book-keeper and has worked for a number of organisations within the public and private sector including:

She has also spent a number of years working on a voluntary basis for two national charities.

Throughout her career Isobel has worked closely with Directors and Senior Managers, providing them with exceptional support within their everyday roles and also at Board level.  She also supports a number of small business owners and understands the pressures and the amount of work that is required to sustain a business and how important it is to meet specific deadlines. 

During her career she has managed staff in a number of roles and understands the importance of being a good team player and how having the right team can make such a difference to staff morale and productivity.  She has worked very closely with HR Departments in large organisations and is very aware of the need for confidentiality at all times.  

Isobel is a trustworthy and reliable individual who has an eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills.  With her ‘Can Do’ attitude to work nothing is too much trouble and she will always strive to deliver work to the highest of standards.   

With over 30 years experience, Isobel set up Solent Office Solutions as a way of utilising her knowledge and skills to assist small businesses with their administration and office work and help their business succeed.
